Glee is a FOX musical comedy-drama series. The show revolves around the story of a glee club in high school. The club is called New Directions and is an active choral group which competes to various choir competitions. Glee is a show featuring the lives of the members of the glee club as they deal with their personal problems, relationships, insecurities and other social issues.

Created by Ryan Murphy, Ian Brennan and Brad Falchuk, the series was first seen as a film production. The Glee Club is composed of eight members. The members of the club are Diana Agron, Chris Colfer, Kevin McHale, Lea Michle, Cory Monteith, Mark Salling, Amber Riley and Jenna Ushkowitz.

Matthew Morrison plays the role of Will Schuester,the Spanish teacher who became the director of the club. Jane Lynch as Sue Sylvester is a cheerleader coach of “Cheerios”. The cheering squad is the nemesis of the Glee Club. Jayma Mays as Emma Pillsbury as the guidance counselor who has affection for Will.

Glee has received great reviews from the critics with nineteen nominations in Emmy Awards, four Golden Globes, fifty-seven for other awards and six in Satellite awards.
