Glee 1.13 “Sectionals” Recap

Submitted on January 3, 2010 No Comment

In the series.” Glee”, all music teachers and/ or students realize the importance of sectionals. With this activity comes stress, anticipation, relief, among other emotions, which run high on this show, just as they do in real life. Coach Sylvester brings out feelings in relation to the other characters as well as for the viewers. Much sympathy goes out to Puck, when Finn is chosen over him. Puck is not even permitted to assist when Finn leaves. Matthew displays good control, especially since it seems that he might explode, but doesn’t. The climax to the episode is Rachel’s solo which is a style to be compared to that of Broadway.

Glee

‘Glee” demonstrates that music is a very important element in a school, considered to be as important as any other subject. These real life issues that involve the school and its Glee Club are problems that can be found in an actual American school of today.
