Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch)

Jane Lynch is Sue Sylvester, who is the head coach of the cheerleading squad called “Cheerios”.
This group is the glee club’s arch-nemesis, and Sylvester is the leader who will do anything in order to win, like making Quinn and Santana, members of the Cheerios, join the glee club to destroy it from the inside. When that didn’t work, she has Sandy Ryerson, who happens to be the glee club’s former director, reinstated as Arts director.
Ryerson, in turn, entices Rachel, the glee club’s star, into quitting. Sue eventually becomes co-director of the glee club.
